Deonisha Thigpen, PsyD

Consulting Psychologist

Dr. Thigpen is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and is responsible for reviewing and assisting in the development of all new courses offered through Practical CE Seminars for Licensed Psychologists. She is also a Care Manager at The Holman Group responsible for managing all higher levels of care and supervising the work of contracted clinicians. Dr. Thigpen is an expert in forensic psychology, developmental disabilities, child psychology, and the psychological effects of Spina Bifida. She is also experienced in providing individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention and case management services to low-income children, adolescents, young adults and their families in a community health care setting.

Additionally, Dr. Thigpen is an experienced teacher and supervisor. She received her Bachelors Degree from the University of California at Berkeley and her Masters and Doctorate Degrees from California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University - San Francisco Bay Campus.
