Rosarie Hartmeyer, Ph.D.

Doctor Rosarie Hartmeyer is Practical CE Seminars Consulting Psychologist. In this role she is responsible for reviewing and assisting in the development of all new courses offered by Practical CE Seminars for licensed psychologists. She has twenty-seven years experience working with individuals, families and adolescents. Dr. Hartmeyer is an expert in anxiety disorders, depression, learning and motivation. Additionally, she is an experienced teacher; she is bilingual (Spanish and English) and bicultural. She worked for Kaiser Permanente as Assistant Chief Psychologist. She was the recipient of a Kaiser Foundation Research grant. The study "Effects of Psychological Intervention on Panic Attack Patients in the Emergency Department" was published in "Psychosomatics" 1999;40:422-427. Dr. Hartmeyer received her Masters Degree and her Doctoral Degree from California Graduate Institute and her Bachelors Degree from Wellesley College.
